2. Information about scanning: Time per scan for both ears: 1 – 2 minutes Shipment to end - customer directly from Earfab: 3 – 5 business days Purchase process: 1 . The customer purchases a product box f rom D - S 2 . The customer receives the product box, opens it and finds a unique product- specific QR code on a separate sheet. 3. The EarfabSCAN app is opened on the iPhone used to scan the ears, and the QR code is scanned via the EarfabSCAN app. 4. A unique code, with a combination of 5 numbers or letters, is available in the EarfabSCAN app. This code is entered on www.scan.earfab.com on a separate computer to share the screen. Note: If you are scanning another person, mirror-screen is not necessary. 5. The scan of the customer's ears and the order are completed. Note: Earfab has only received your order once you have pressed ' Send ' in the EarfabSCAN app and can see a green checkmark. Ordering process
